Our model 2000 produce labeling machine is our latest machine. It is the result of over 20 years of experience developing machinery for labeling fruit and vegetables. We’ve taken this experience and have produced a machine with features that make it a great choice for many of today’s packing houses.
Simple, visual, mechanics mean that you don’t have to have highly trained people manage the labeling system. With the need to keep labor at a minimum, the 2000 saves costs by freeing personnel to do other tasks.
We have made sure that keeping your system running efficiently is easy. The status and fault analysis panel allows you to see any area where there might be a problem, saving the time and money needed to get a technician to troubleshoot an issue.
And if you do have an issue with the 2000, simply take out 6 screws from the main plate and every moving part removes on a single panel. The panel can easily be sent in for service without requiring the entire machine to be sent.
Our original labeling machine that has been in production over 20 years. It is a dependable machine that will label your produce year after year. While the 1900 is not capable of the speeds of the 2000 or the status feedback, it never the less is appropriate for many applications. We have installed thousands of these over the years, most of which are still operating daily. Many features are similar to the 2000, but at a lower cost.
There are different ways to dispense and apply labels to produce. The simplest system that is capable of doing the job is a wipe-on system. We have developed and significantly improved this application method.
Our Soft Touch applicator tip and arm does not damage the produce and is able to apply the label completely on different surfaces at high speeds.
The Pro Label labeling system is flexible to meet the needs of the packing house. It can be placed on in-feed conveyors, sizers, or take-out conveyors. Any place where the produce is singulated. Other systems require a vacuum waste removal system. The Pro Label system operates with either its own individual rewind, or if you prefer, with an optional vacuum removal system. These choices allow greater flexibility in locating your system. We can help you determine what configuration will work best for you.
Our system is compatible with most mechanical, electronic, and optical sizers. Installed on sizers that have computers, the Pro Label system captures the label signal and can label or not label according to the provided information. With our system you can very economically install a "double bank" of labeling machines and selectively label large produce with one PLU number and small produce with another PLU number.
You also can use the system as a standalone unit without any sizer interface. The Pro Label system works well with even the simplest mechanical sizers. Your labeling objectives and packing house equipment will determine how to best use the labeling system.
The installation of our system is simple. The Pro Label system is self-contained and can be on-site configured to run with your computer or operate alone. Typical installations take a day so you won't have to shut your line down to install a Pro Label system. We'll show your people how to operate the equipment and teach them the quickest way to load label rolls. We provide an 800 number "Hot Line" for any questions you may have.
The electronics of the Pro Label system are designed with fully integrated microcircuits that allow linkage between your labeling system and your sizer's computer. The electronics have built-in optical isolators to guard your labeling system and your sizer.
