Need Help With a Machine Right Now?
Tell us what's going on and we'll get back to you fast.
When something needs attention, you have two straightforward options — we come to you, or you ship your machine to us. Either way, you're working with the same team that built the equipment, not a third-party repair shop guessing at the specs.
What It's Like to Work With Us
A labeling machine is only as good as the support behind it. Ours are intentionally simple to service, backed by real parts availability, and supported by a team that's been doing this for decades — which is why installations from our earliest years are still running today.
Two Ways to Get Support
Onsite Time & Materials Repairs
We come to you. Hourly travel charges apply with a one-hour minimum, plus mileage. Onsite labor is billed hourly with a one-hour minimum. Replacement parts are charged separately.
Depot Service
Ship your machine to us — the most economical option, especially for prepping equipment during the off-season or handling less urgent repairs. Eliminates travel charges and mileage entirely. Hourly labor and replacement parts still apply.
Built to Be Serviceable
Our machines are intentionally simple — solid construction, few moving parts, and designed to be worked on right in the packing house. For older units, we also offer a shop refurbishing program (currently documented for the 1900 Label Applicator) that brings well-used machines back to full working condition instead of replacing them.
A company with a wide base of customers means you will have ongoing availability of parts and service... With Pro Label, you can be sure of continued support — now in our third decade! — from Pro Label's own FAQ, reflecting decades of single-source accountability.
